This website and the applications featured on it are published on a personal basis by Joffrey BEZIAT.

The applications are distributed through Apple's App Store. Any payments and subscriptions are handled by Apple; the publisher has no access to any payment data.

Privacy

This policy describes the data processed by the website and by the publisher's applications. The publisher does not sell or rent any personal data. Some sections below apply only to applications that offer the relevant feature (advertising, subscription, iCloud sync).

Data you enter in the applications

Your data is stored locally on your device. When an application offers iCloud sync and you enable it, this data is synchronized through your private iCloud account (an Apple service): it stays under your control and is never transmitted to the publisher or to any third-party server. The publisher has no access to it. The handling of this data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Where the application allows it, you can export or delete all of your data at any time from its settings.

Advertising

Some applications, in their free version, display ads provided by Google AdMob. For this purpose, Google's SDK may collect a device advertising identifier, usage data and diagnostic data in order to serve and measure ads.

• Consent: on first launch, a consent dialog (Google UMP, GDPR-compliant) as well as Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt let you accept or refuse tracking and personalized advertising.
• Refusal / withdrawal: if you refuse, only non-personalized ads are served. You can change this choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Processing carried out by Google is governed by Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising practices.

Users of a Premium version (via subscription) see no ads.

Subscriptions

Any subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit. The publisher only receives aggregated, anonymous information (number of subscriptions) and no payment data. Management and renewal take place in your App Store account settings.

Support form

Data submitted through the support form (name, email, message) is used solely to reply to you and is not shared with any third party. It is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.

Data retention

• Application data: kept as long as the application is installed; deleted on uninstall or via the built-in deletion feature where available.
• Support data: deleted after your request has been handled.
• Advertising data: kept for the periods defined by Google.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@joffreybeziat.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Children

The applications are not intended for children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their data.

Cookies

This website uses a single technical cookie to remember your language choice. No advertising or tracking cookie is used.

Changes

This policy may be updated; the last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
